We do not accept returns. Blubbly soaps are handmade by us so we make sure each product goes through fully quality checked, carefully packed and we do not use third party courier, it is directly delivered by us to your home. You may check the products during delivery and directly inform the concern during delivery. If there's issue with the product please take a photo right away and share it with us and we will sort it out.
